I can’t breath, constant worry and anxiety.

I have an appointment with my Psychiatrist in a week

Ok so I am currently on a combo of zoloft and lexapro (I was on the max dose of zoloft and I am currently weaning off, and switching to lexapro) BUT I feel exactly the same as I did on the zoloft? Absolutely no shift with 20mg of Lexapro? Is there another drop to try if SSRI’s don’t work? What have you all had success on? I have an appointment with my Psychiatrist in a week, so obviously going to chat to him about this. Just want to be on a med that works. I have clonazepam as need for panic attacks, but would like something just for the every day, chest tightness, feel like i can’t breath, constant worry and anxiety.

Other types of antidepressants, snri’s, tricyclic’s and MAOI’s.
