The Root Of The Problem Calories

I’m going to introduce you to something so simple, even a baby could do it (almost).

This week were going to talk about calories. Calories are that number that’s assigned to foods and exercises. But here is the secret. Don’t tell anybody.

The secret:
If you take in less calories than you burn off you will lose weight. If you take in the same amount of calories as you burn, you will stay the same weight. If you take in more calories than you burn you will gain weight.

So, take a look at those labels on your food that your buying at the grocery store and become familiar with the calorie counts of those foods your eating. If your going to eat heavier foods eat them on days you know your going to be more active. Save the lighter foods for those days at the office than your sitting on your duff all day.
