What are three common diseases that are caused by Viruses?

Viruses cause a lot of diseases, but there are some that are particularly common. Here are three of them:

1. The common cold:

This virus is so common that we have a name for it! You’ve probably had one at some point in your life. Colds are caused by rhinoviruses, which are easily spread through close contact with infected people. Your body fights off the virus by producing antibodies to destroy it, but this can take up to two weeks.

2. Influenza (or “the flu”):

Influenza is also caused by a virus that attacks your respiratory system and lungs, making you feel like you’ve been run over by a truck (or as if you have been run over by a truck). It’s transmitted through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes on someone else which is why you should always wash your hands after being around anyone who might be sick!

3. HIV/AIDS:

This disease causes people’s immune systems to fail as they get older, leaving them vulnerable to opportunistic infections like pneumonia and tuberculosis that other people would fight off easily because their immune systems are strong enough against them already.”
