Delete if not allowed but did anyone ever force themselves to go to the ER and something is telling u that u are ok and something else is telling u just go and u get there ur HR and BP up now u extra nervous u get to the back talk to the doctor run test everything comes back normal and they monitor your for awhile and u feel better not because they treated you for anything just because u heard them magic words your healthy your test came back normal then u sitting there thinking why did I come anyway 😂😂 I be so embarrassed lol

Cassandra Yvette Salazar This is how bad I am, I went and bought the series 6 Apple Watch just because it has the oxygen saturation on it and it also has the ECG smh. I’m not even going to say how often I’m checking it through the day smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’ve had 8 CT scans since 2007, and every time I am in emergency the docs bring up my past visits. I swear they think I’m crazy but I have GAD and bad GERD… which makes me feel like I’m dying some days and in my most recent visit, I was told I have ulcerative disease.
I swear I go in feeling awful, I come out feeling happy… all because they ran tests and told me I was fine. For a while I started going to walk in clinics just to avoid the hospital whenever I felt sick. So embarrassing. I hate living with anxiety
